[debian-mysql] MariaDB 10.6.7, 10.5.15 and 10.3.34 for Debian prepared

I will upload 10.6.7 to Debian tomorrow, last chance to contribute if
you want to help:

There are for example multiple Lintian issues that could easily be
fixed by a contributor:

It would also be cool if somebody would be able to get MariaDB 10.6
build with OpenSSL 3.0
