[debian-mysql] Galera 23.3.35 and 26.4.10 pending upload to Debian - open for contributions

Hello!

I have prepared the upload of new Galera versions to Debian, and they
are currently pending in case somebody wants to contribute something
more to this round of uploads.

There are plenty of minor and easy things I have intentionally not
done anything about, as they are good tasks for newcomers to
contribute to.

Any work that goes into these will also benefit the versions that I
