[debian-mysql] mariadb-10.6_10.6.7-2~exp1_source.changes ACCEPTED into experimental

I have the final version of 1:10.6.7-2 on my laptop, but can't push to
salsa.debian.org right now as it seems down. I would prefer to have
the CI run there before upload.

If salsa.debian.org does not come back online in 24h I will proceed to
upload directly to ftp-masters without CI.
