[debian-mysql] Bug#1004229: Bug#1004229: default-mysql-server-core and mariadb-server don't agree on default

I've committed the fix in
https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mysql/-/commits/mysql-defaults/debian/master
and will wait for a few days for review or additional improvements to
mysql-defaults before uploading a new version.
