Seems to still be in proposed due to failing builds. The builds at
https://launchpad.net/~mysql-ubuntu/+archive/ubuntu/mariadb-10.6/+builds?build_text=&build_state=all
however do not fail. I wonder what is going on in jammy-proposed.. :(

These are all just bugfix/maintenance releases. Changelog and diff are
quite short. They just shipped in the latest stable Debian update, and
will ship in a future Ubuntu stable update if you don't import them
now.
Naturally it would be best from users perspective to have the latest
available maintenance/bugfix release shipped instead of a one with
known upstream bugs. Personally I would estimate the chance of
regression extremely low (otherwise I would not have uploaded them to
Debian stable releases).
