[debian-mysql] Please don't fork MariaDB packaging in Ubuntu

Currently 10.6.7 has diverged from Debian in Ubuntu both for Jammy and Kinetic:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mariadb-10.6

I will import the Jammy changes and clean up / sync them when
preparing the upcoming 10.6.8 stable release update for Jammy.

I hope you can take ownership of the delta you introduced in Kinetic
and take care of Sid->Kinetic imports until you've decided the best
long-term fix that can live in Debian packaging too (maybe some if
clause in debian/rules?) and get rid of the delta so that Ubuntu can
continue with automatic imports.
