[debian-mysql] Request for review of MariaDB 10.6.11 before upload

Hello!

I have imported the latest MariaB 10.6.11 to Salsa branch
debian/latest[1] and CI has no (new) regressions[2]. Multi-arch builds
on Launchpad also pass[3].

I will wait a couple of days for comments/review in case somebody
wants to chime in before I upload to Debian unstable.
