[debian-mysql] Request for help: Make MariaDB 10.6 Lintian clean

Hello!

Since the new Lintian version 2.115 this summer our MariaDB 10.6 is no
longer Lintian clean.

Tuukka has been trying to fix it in e.g.
- https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-10.3/-/merge_requests/32/commits
- https://github.com/MariaDB/server/pull/2275

He is making good progress but it is a big task. Thus, I am asking
more people to step up and help.

Fixing Lintian issues for MariaDB in Debian (or directly upstream)
improves the overall software quality as Lintian is a general QA tool.

To make it easier to assess current Lintian rules in
