[debian-mysql] Request for help: MariaDB 10.6 builds failing on some architectures

Hello!

After the recent upload of 10.6.9 to Debian, some of the builds regressed.

Could somebody please help by reviewing the build logs, fixing what can be
fixed immediately, and filing bugs/triaging the test?

There are already some FTBFS bug reports from before:

I don't know if the new failures are due to same or different issues.
