[debian-mysql] Bug#1042399: I confirm there is a problem

Hi Carsten,

the case is this: It's not a security issue so it will be released by 
the next usual feature update release. It will be 12.2 but 
https://release.debian.org/ says: Not yet planned (see Ottos Post for 
reasons https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1042399#10 )

The bug is fixed in version 10.11.4 like stated in the jira ticket. So 
no need to wait for 10.11.5. For all this is mission critical there is a 
sid package:

https://packages.debian.org/sid/mariadb-server (Version 1:10.11.4-1)

But please keep in mind that it's not widely tested as this is actual 
just released in testing and sid.
