I mean standard as in the most recent versions:

libqt5sql5-mysql:amd64 5.11.3+dfsg1-1+deb10u5
libmariadb3:amd64 1:10.3.38-0+deb10u1

As in the combination which caused my mail client to stop working last week, 
possibly when this package update rolled in...
