[debian-mysql] Bug#1024040: mariadb-10.6: FTBFS on alpha: relocation truncated to fit: GPREL16 against symbol `wsrep_debug'

Control: reassign -1 mariadb-10.6,mariadb

I reviewed recent builds of new MariaDB 10.11[1] and this same failure
still exists.

For suggestions to fix, Merge Requests[2] on Salsa are very welcome!
