[debian-mysql] Galera 25.3.37 and 26.4.13 pending upload to Debian - request for help

Unfortunately some of those gcs tests are so much flaky that they 
sometimes fail in loaded build system, but not flaky enough so that the 
failures could be reproduced in development environment. We have been 
trying to find the reason for some time already, but there is no clear 
explanation.

I tried to look if there is any way to retry failed tests when building 
Debian packages, but could not find any. If there is no such a way and 
we cannot find the reason for these test failures, I'm afraid the only 
option is to start skipping the flaky tests to avoid occasional build 
failures.
