[debian-mysql] MariaDB 10.6 removal from Ubuntu 23.10 dev version

Hello Lena!

Could you help and file the proper removal request for source package
src:mariadb-10.6 in Ubuntu?

I can see that it is still in Ubuntu 23.10 "Mantic Minotaur" at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mariadb-10.6 even though. We have
now src:mariadb in Ubuntu (11.10) but the previous major version did
not get autoremoved yet, so it seems it needs some manual action.

This was already done in Debian via
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1033485 back in
March.
