[debian-mysql] Review request: Salsa-CI update for MariaDB 10.5 in Debian (and useful also upstream)

Hi Tuukka!

I just filed a MR to improve the Salsa-CI on MariaDB 10.5 in Debian:

It was green, and stays green with the improvements.

What is also noteworthy, that when the debian/salsa-ci.yml from this
MR is applied on top of upstream 10.5 (as I have done in
https://salsa.debian.org/otto/mariadb-server/-/commits/10.5-salsa-ci-2023-04),
almost all currently failing jobs in upstream Salsa-CI will turn
green.

This should be in particular helpful for you Tuukka as you have been
trying to fix these. Feel free to copy applicable parts of this to
your own upstream PRs to finalize them and turn upstream Salsa-CI
green.
