[debian-mysql] Bug#1037556: mariadb-server-10.5: mariadb should restart automatically upon crashing

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

I'm running mariadb on a production server for Wordpress.

   * expected behavior

I expect mariadb to stay up on running for a long time (say months)

   * actual behavior

mariadb crashes once in a while, say every other week, then the Wordpress site is down until I manually restart

   * Possible solution

Add `Restart=always` in the systemd config file `/system/multi-user.target.wants/mariadb.service`
