[debian-mysql] Test failures after reviewing MariaDB 1:10.11.5-1 builds and MTR

I uploaded 1:10.11.5-1 to Debian yesterday. Build results at

Overall looking pretty good, but there are some issues on ppc64,
sparc64 and hppa for which I filed new bug reports in Debian:
