[debian-mysql] Bug#1069895: mariadb-server: InnoDB to hang on systems with very intensive write loads when running out of I/O slots. This problem is fixed with MariaDB Server 10.11.7. Can it be put in stable?

   * What led up to the situation?
Running nextcloud plugin that imports a country database for reverse geocoding (Memories app)
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Waited for it to complete, but php reports the server has gone away, journalctl shows its crashing.
   * What was the outcome of this action?
MariaDB Crashed
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
MariaDB to not crash.
