[debian-mysql] Preparing MariaDB 1:10.11.7-2 upload

Hi, Otto,

Note my last comment in MDEV-33429 - to repeat it here, please don't
revert the complete commit 2fb1202266b, only remove compile_time_assert
lines. That commit fixes the security issue (reported via hackerone, not
disclosed yet, will likely get a CVE id later too).
