[debian-mysql] Bug#1069895: Bug#1069895: mariadb-server: InnoDB to hang on systems with very intensive write loads when running out of I/O slots. This problem is fixed with MariaDB Server 10.11.7. Can it be put in stable?

I guess it won't migrate very soon yet to testing (due to tim64
transition?). In such case it would still be good to ask SRM for
accepting it for the next point release (given it is fixed in unstable
and this version *is* aimed to go to trixie).
