[debian-mysql] MariaDB 11.4.4 import in progress

I just wanted to let you know I am working on

Reviews welcome. If you don't know anything about MariaDB, at least
you can comment on how things are documented.. I also excessively
documented how I did the import to novice Debian packagers can see how
I use git-buildpackage and debcraft.

It would also be good to get some help in triaging and possibly even
closing bug reports in Debian at

and Ubuntu at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mariadb
