[debian-mysql] Bug#1069895: Bug#1069895: mariadb-server: InnoDB to hang on systems with very intensive write loads when running out of I/O slots. This problem is fixed with MariaDB Server 10.11.7. Can it be put in stable?

Status regarding https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1069895
- the 10.11.9 upload to stable-proposed was done in September but
release team didn't clear it until Oct 27 in

- new upstream 10.11.10 was released on Nov 1st, which has now been
prepared for upload
- new upstream 10.11.10 still needs review and approval at
https://salsa.debian.org/mariadb-team/mariadb-server/-/merge_requests/98
- anyone with a Salsa account and basic code review skills can
contribute
- new 10.11.10 also needs to be cleared by the release team in
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1086798
Debian is an open source project. The speed that things progress
depends on people contributing - you are all welcome to participate!
