Extend AppArmor profile to allow Galera helpers (Closes: #1131938)

The new AppArmor profile denied `dash` from executing, which prevented
Galera cluster nodes from starting.

Add proper Galera support by adding a subprofile for Dash. It was copied
from support-files/policy/apparmor/usr.sbin.mysqld and updated for
modern Debian/Ubuntu with usrmerge completed.
