Hi,

I can make the change or add Otto as an admin, certainly. I should probably step down anyway as I'm no longer involved in MySQL maintenance nowadays.

I was under the impression that Debian didn't permit mailing lists to be subscriber-only if they are used as package maintainer addresses. Am I wrong or did that change? I don't mind either way. I just don't want to break any expectations here.
