   * Salsa CI: Clean away now defunct Bullseye upgrade test jobs
   * Salsa CI: Clean away defunct MariaDB.org Debian sid upgrade scenarios
   * Update watch file and more to match repacking in Debian unstable as there
     can be only one MariaDB 11.8.9 upstream tarball in Debian, and hence this
     version in Trixie must have identical configuration for reproducing the
     upstream tarball
   * Salsa CI: Clean away now defunct Bullseye upgrade test jobs
