    The test failures for dbconfig-common and redmine would affect
    stretch too, I think. I have a patch for that attached here. There's
    also the previous fix the debian-sys-maint's privileges that should
    be included.<br>

            GRANT ALL won't actually add the grant_priv privilege needed
            to give other users access (as is done in
            redmine/phpmyadmin) unless you also specify WITH GRANT
            OPTION.<br>
