[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#284897: in fact other characters are eaten as well

Hi again,

in fact it seems that other characters are eaten as well when sending
the email message : accented characters just disappear

it seems that the email messaging module only allows a very
small subset of ascii.

NB : the accented characters are correctly stored in the PostgreSQL
database and displayed in Nagios' web interface
