[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#285922: nagios-common: checkcommands.cfg should be autogenerated during postinst

In fact, checkcommands.cfg is not generated anymore by update-nagios.

nagios.cfg should use /var/cache/nagios/plugins-auto.cfg instead and
checkcommands.cfg should be removed from the package.
