actually, it hasn't been released, there only exists a beta version.
we are aware of it, however due to the non-backwards compatability
of the latest version it will be complicated for us to provide an
upgrade path (if we even decide to do so at all).

in any case, this will most likely be a post sarge project, but for
posterity i'll go ahead and leave this bug open until then.
