[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#306555: Add compile option --with-file-perfdata

Add compile option --with-file-perfdata. Most performance addons from
http://www.nagiosexchange.org/Charts.42.0.html work with named pipes. This
is modern and prefered method get perfomance data.
