though Nagios is not running,
so commands are temporarily unavailable...

hi michael,
i have a couple more questions for you about this bug, maybe they can
shed some light on the situation.
- is apache running with suexec enabled?
- can you successfully run check_nagios_db as the users root, nagios,
and www-data?
