in /usr/share/nagios/htdocs/side.html links to cgi files are broken.
For example, link to status.cgi is cgi-bin/status.cgi, this should be
changed to nagios/cgi-bin/status.cgi. Same goes for other cgi-bin links
in side.html.

both of these bugs i believe have been resolved for some time, and
as i haven't heard back from either of you, i'll go ahead and
close them. if you still have problems related to running
nagios in a vhost environment, let me know and we can either
reopen the bug or start a new one.
