hi,
in cgi.cfg, there are still references to the old method for specifying
host/service extended information. i spent the better part of last
evening trying to get them to work, with no luck (stracing the cgi
binaries in question leads me to believe it's not even parsing these
declarations).
i then read up on my nagios docs and sucessfully got the template based
method to work without much problem, which i'm much happier with anyway,
_but_... there was no mention of using this method in the config files,
whereas there was mention/examples of the old method.
so... could you please modify cgi.cfg to not have the "old" examples,
and maybe even tell it to include an extinfo.cfg with some
template-based examples?

- now start with as a S30 script instead of S20, to make sure we
give a potential mysql/postgresql server a bit more time to
start up. not the perfect solution, but should work for most

- patch the sample cgi.cfg to tell the local admin how to use
extinfo based on which package they're using--as opposed to
telling them exactly a method not supported in any package,
which is what it was previously doing (closes: #275009).
