yes, it didn't work out of the box because nagios-pgsql only
recommends libdbd-pg-perl (which is what brings in libdbi-perl). i
believe it is only a recommends and not a depends because you
don't need it to function, only to run said check.  also, even
if we did depend on it, it doesn't work out of the box so it doesn't
get the average jane or joe to automatically include it.  perhaps
the documentation should be updated to include a note that you
have to install this package?  i'll go ahead and do so before
closing this bug.
