[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#310967: nagios-text: Default url to cgi-bin is not valid with default configuration of apache and apache2

After installing nagios-text and apache (was tryed apache and apache2
packages) urls, similar to http://host/nagios/cgi-bin/bin.cgi return 
not result of cgi, but it content.
Both apache and apache2 was installed in default configuration without
any changes in config by hand.
