[Pkg-nagios-devel] nsca now within pkg-nagios as well

just fyi,

nsca is now also within our umbrella, after having spoken with
cajus.  the first thing i've done is fix up the dependencies
so it's easier to set up a satellite system (ie you don't need
to install nagios on every remote host).  however, this could
be made even easier if nsca were split in to two packages,
nsca-plugin and nsca.  the latter would provide the server,
while the former could be installed without having to install
additional daemons.
