Done. nagios-plugins is now in cvs, right besides nagios2. There was
one patch done conventionally, which I have moved into a dpatch, and I
have again used the code from autotools-dev to get config.guess and
config.sub current without actually carrying them in the diff.

Otherwise, I am not aware of having done any changes. Please verify
the package and upload (so that we can get testing).

While I migrated nagios-plugins, I have documented what I did on
http://wiki.debian.org/ConvertCVStosvn. If you have any questions,
please ask. I would like to improve the documentation.
