[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#372347: nagios-plugins: does not build check_proc plugin if /proc is not mounted

Hi,

when building nagios-plugins in a chroot with /proc not mounted, the
check_proc plugin is not built without notification. This leads to
broken packages being built.

Build should fail or complain _LOUDLY_ if /proc is not mounted.
