Hi,

The init script is actually part of nagios2-common, but it's probably okay
to keep a duplicate here (under nagios2) in case people forget to check the
former.

The duplicate is #412980 and it is blocked by #410622 (lsb-base: killproc
remove pidfile even if process is alive).
