[Pkg-nagios-devel] Patch got never included

He guys,

since new lintian is a bit more strict, there are some more warning ... but 
also one Error:

E: nagios-plugins source: dpatch-index-references-non-existant-patch 
06_checkircd

The filesname is 06_checkircd.dpatch and I guess it was forgotten to include 
correctly. If nobody is inventing, I'll enable the patch next week since it 
builds successfully with it.
