[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#412705: nagios-nrpe-server: no libwrap support compiled in

nrpe-server builds with libwrap automatically if the library is
present at build time. I think it would be a good idea to have libwrap
support compiled in. So, a build-dependency for libwrap0-dev should be
added.
