Hi,

reload deletes the PID file. Therefore a second reload or stop
fails.

Fix: Replace line 189 (killproc -p $THEPIDFILE $DAEMON 1) with

start-stop-daemon --stop --quiet --signal 1 --pidfile $THEPIDFILE
