I was trying to fix that with:

"http://sf.net/nagiosplug/nagios-plugins-([0-9]+(\.[0-9]+)+(-?
[a-z]+[0-9]+)?)\.tar\.gz"

or

"http://sf.net/nagiosplug/nagios-plugins-([0-9]+(\.[0-9]+)+)\.tar\.gz"

depends on which version we want to monitor, but it seems like 
http://qa.debian.org/watch/sf.php have troubles with the regex. Verifying 
with kregexpeditor looks good. 

Any ideas?
