I do not understand this bug report. Our /etc/nagios2/nagios.cfg
declares /etc/nagios-plugins/config a cfg_dir, so the configuration
files that come with the nagios-plugins-foo packages are included.

Please note that nagios-plugins-foo manages its conffiles with ucf, so
you won't find /etc/nagios-plugins/config/ contents with dpkg.

If you still think the "missing" checkcommands.cfg is a bug, please
elaborate.
