[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#474874: let's consider this patch for implied host/hostgroup names in service dependencies

one of the neat features in nagios3 is the ability to have servicedependencies 
with implied hostnames, which is really helpful if you're checking a bunch of 
services via nrpe and don't want to be bothered by a bunch of notifications 
if the nrpe services is unavailable.

i got this patch from thomas guyot-sionnest, who is a regular 
nagios/nagios-plugins contributor upstream.  it backports the functionality 
to nagios2.  

i haven't evaluated it myself yet, so i'm placing it in the BTS for me or 
someone else to get to in the future, or at least for posterity.
