I have 2.6-2+etch1 installed here. However you could do a grep to check :

# grep -i hover /usr/share/nagios2/htdocs/stylesheets/status.css /usr/share/nagios2/htdocs/stylesheets/statusmap.css
/usr/share/nagios2/htdocs/stylesheets/status.css:A.homepageURL: Hover { font-family: arial,serif;  color: red; }
/usr/share/nagios2/htdocs/stylesheets/statusmap.css:A.homepageURL: Hover { font-family: arial,serif;  color: red; }
