  I had a problem where on a not-fully installed system, check_disk was
reporting UNKNOWN status.  The culprit was an empty /etc/mtab.

Adding an entry for / corrected the issue.  As a Nagios check, should
this condition be detected and reported?

The reason I suggested the wontfix tag was that as a Debian package I
wouldn't think handling partial installs is something bug-worthy.
