[Pkg-nagios-devel] Bug#481334: nagios3 package upgrade leaves nagios3 stopped.

Hiya,

I can see nagios3 is stopped in nagios3-common and nagios3
installation scripts but started only in nagios3-common. So if
one upgrades only "nagios3", nagios is stopped but not started
after the installation.

(note that the 3.0.1-1 above is nagios built by myself (with the
patch for another bug I had submitted) with perl-5.10
dependency, so would be equivalent to the +b1).
