Okay ... this looks resonable by reading the following:
-I, --IP-address=ADDRESS
IP address or name (use numeric address if possible to bypass DNS lookup).

Since this may change some time in the future, it may break the check. I think
if anybody sets up a check for a cups server, he knows it's really a cups
server. That a cups server disappears and another starts on port 631 may be a
very special situation.
