I forwarded the bug to upstream. It is trivial to remove it from the help
output and this is what I'll do when the next upstream release occure and it's
not fixed.
Since upstream stated, they will release a new version soon (some weeks ago),
I try to prevent invest to much work into writing/backporting patches and
include fixes, which may be included into the new release. As soon the release
happens, I'll sort out, which bugs are fixed and try to close the remaining,
if possible.
